Based on our initial conversation, we’ll prepare a detailed quote tailored to your needs and budget, outlining the scope of work and associated costs.

Once you’re happy with the quote and ready to proceed, we’ll formalise everything needed for an official contract. You’ll also receive selection sheets to make your material and finish choices—keeping the process smooth and well-organised.

After receiving council approval, we’ll begin construction. Our team will be on-site regularly, keeping you updated at each stage to ensure everything is progressing as planned.

When your home is complete, Brad will personally meet with you to hand over the keys and provide any important information you’ll need.
